Service Description
This package will run for four weeks, providing you with x3 programmed FIXED sessions per week. Begin your fitness and strength journey with real-time monitoring and instruction from a 10 years experienced coach. Enjoy the support and accountability of training within a small group/team environment of like-minded people. Set outcomes markers on your current fitness and strength levels, and understand how to set goals and plan a programme to improve these consistently. All aspects of lower body strength, stability and control are tested and then re-tested at the completion of the plan. The group package includes four weeks of access to the strength plan via an online training app*. This is to help understand the process of planning a programme, being part of a community within your group, communicating with myself and other group members outside of class and tracking progression. Types of training groups will include: TOTAL BODY GLUTE/LOWER BODY CAMP (I AM QUALIFIED TO COACH ALL OLYMPIC LIFTS) £175 INCLUDES: x 3 (face-to-face) group sessions per week at fixed days/times. (Individual cost, x 12 sessions for £14.50 each). ONLINE PROGRAMME includes: - Access to the app will be for the duration of 4 weeks and all your training requirements are in one place. - Future access to the app and subsequent online training packages can be purchased monthly for £45. - 2-way communication. - Video instruction and monitoring. - Individual programme is set to your calendar with daily reminders of what activity you are required to do. - All data is collected through the App, so need to keep diaries. Training days will include: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Possible starting times: (6am , 7am, 4pm) (Times TBC). Minimum of x4 people, maximum x8 per group. Once sessions are planned for the week, all sessions are completed regardless if there is full attendance from group members.
