Service Description
This plan runs for eight weeks, including x1 weekly (1-2-1) personal training session, accompanied by x4 weekly directed tailored sessions accessible online through a personal training App. £348 INCLUDES: x8 face-to-face one hour sessions = £248 Online Programming for x8 weeks = £90. After purchasing the plan, I will contact you about training dates and times. The ONLINE PROGRAMME includes: - Access to a fitness app that has all your training/nutrition requirements in one place. - Tracking of goals. - Setting new habits and tracking them. - Feedback. - 2-way communication. - Video instruction and monitoring. - Individual programme is set to your calendar with daily reminders of what activity you are required to do. - Links to my fitness pal/apple watch for nutrition guidance. - Daily activity linked to the App. - All data is collected through the App, so need to keep diaries. - Programmes are reviewed, assessed and updated to suit your current physical position at the end of every 4-week block.
